Our Strategy
CMHC-Insured Financing & MLI Select
We leverage CMHC-insured financing programs such as CMHC MLI Select to optimize capital structure, reduce risk, and enhance long-term returns. By targeting multifamily properties with operational upside, we are able to access higher leverage, lower borrowing costs, and extended amortization periods.
A core part of our approach is revitalizing underperforming assets — bringing new life to older buildings through thoughtful upgrades in energy efficiency and improved accessibility for residents. These improvements not only enhance tenant experience and reduce operating costs, but also position our projects to qualify for enhanced MLI Select incentives.
This strategy allows us to:

- Scale efficiently with less equity per project
MLI Select financing is subject to CMHC approval and program criteria. We work with experienced partners to structure eligible projects.
